Lost Nest thermostat on the app but still working

I have a nest learning thermostat and a new 3rd generation which were bith wirking fine. I have lost both of them on my app.  They are both still working and link to the account. I no longer have them on the app  and cannot control them remotely.

Sorry to hear about what happened but thanks for reaching out. 

 

A few questions — when did this start happening? Were there recent changes made on your mobile device, account where the Nest thermostats are linked to, or the settings of the actual thermostats themselves before this started happening? Also, have you tried logging into the Nest app using another mobile device or a computer's browser at https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w if the same issue persists?
