Manual Mode - How to turn it on

I have 13 Nest thermostats in my home. I want to control all of them manually. I don't want eco, learn, schedule or anything else. I just want to set each thermostat from the app and leave it there. I have tried to turn all this other stuff off but it keeps coming back. I don't seem to be able to eliminate the schedules it creates. Very frustrating. How do I just go to manual?

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

If the auto-learning schedule and basic schedule are disabled and cleared. Make sure to turn off the Home and Away Assist as well so your thermostats won't switch into Eco mode with their temperatures. Also, please restart the actual thermostats whenever there's a change in settings to ensure they reflect the changes and are refreshed.
