Thermostat reports local weather but nothing else.

It was working just fine but now I can't see the temps or any other info.  I am away so I can't just reset or delete and add it back.  Is there anything I can do remotely?

I'm sorry to hear that you lose access to your Nest Thermostat in the app — I'd like to know more about it.

Could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing on the app? Also, please try to check other available structures where your thermostat might be connected.
