Moving from gen2 to smart thermostat

I  got rebate for learning thermostat gen 4 instead of gen2. Can I get a rebate for smart thermostat instead of the learning one. We don’t need the learning thermostat and we can’t afford it. Simple smart thermostat would be enough for us.

Regarding this situation, we only offered promo codes for upgrades to the Nest Learning Thermostat 4th gen for the customers that were having the Nest Learning Thermostat (1st and 2nd gen) in the United States and Canada due to the ending support. In this case we don’t offer a different discount or promotion with other smart thermostats.
