On of my 3rd gen thermostats stopped connecting to WiFi and can’t find network anymore. I did all the trouble shooting steps you’ve recommended and didn’t solve the problem. Please advice what shall I do now.
Mine did the same about 24 hours ago. I've factory reset the device and manually charged the battery to no avail. I noticed the was a software update on 8.31.21. I wonder if that had anything to do with the problem?
