My Nest Learning Gen 4 does not stop heatting, and when I turn it off it does not turn off.

My Nest Learning Gen 4 does not stop heatting when reaches the disired temperature, and when I turn it off it does not turn off. Only turns off when I turn in the fan and then I turn it off. Also, I tried what was suggested in another post, to remove the nest when not stopping and it stops so the problem is in the thermostat.

• What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the situation started?
• Are there any error messages? If so, what are they exactly?
• Is this a new installation? If yes: Have you checked your Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system's compatibility with your Nest Learning Thermostat 4 Gen through the Compatibility Checker tool?
• What kind of HVAC system do you have? (Heat pump, conventional system, etc.)
• Do you notice any intervals or specific patterns between these strange behaviors?
• When was the last maintenance check for your HVAC system?
• Have there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
• Does the situation happen on cooling, or both?
• Have you checked the power readouts on the Nest thermostat?
• Do you have a common ground wire or C wire?
• Have you experienced any power outages within the last few days or weeks?
