My apartment management does not allow me to install a Google Nest Thermostat

Good morning,

My name is Michael J. Burnham, and my Gmail account is #,  My apartment management tells me the only thermostat I am allowed to use is the one they installed, so I need to request a return and full refund on my Google Nest Thermostat NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED IN MY APARTMENT. I PURCHASED MY GOOGLE NEST THERMOSTAT ON 7/15/1024 THROUGH DUKE ELECTRIC. I CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED as a "Utility Store Billing Fee." My credit card ends in #### it Again my USPS address is. I still have the original Google Nest Thermostat in its original shipping bag. I need to return it to Google for a full refund. Please send me a confirmation email to # for my options for a return and full refund on my Google Next Thermostat as my manager will not allow me to install my new Google Nest Thermostat. Thank you.

No response to my problem with my Google Nest Thermostat regarding how to obtain a pre-paid UPS Mailing label to return it to the original mailer found above, my Verizon Cell Phone number is ###-###-####. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide me.
