My learning thermostat (Gen3) went offline and could not find any networks. Now it's stuck in restar

My thermostat went offline and would not find any networks. I took it off the wall and reset it and plugged it back in. Now I get a flashing green light and a big G in the center of the display.

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. I want to check if you are still in need of any help. If so, please follow these steps: 

 

  1. Press and hold the thermostat display until the screen shuts down again.
  2. Wait for the thermostat to restart. If the same thing happens, remove the display from its base again and charge it with a micro-USB cable for 10 minutes. After charging the display, you may put it back on its base to check if it will respond.
