My nest learning thermostat base burned - where can i buy a new one ?

i come here after a bad situation. I did the connection of my learning thermostat base with 220v instead or 12v. This operation burned my base. My thermostat doesn't work anymore and is not under warranty anymore.

Do you know where can i buy a base on internet ? l’m from France.
