NEST Thermostat

our Nest Thermostat constantly goes OFFLINE. We have other devices in the home like TopGreener Light control,  Gosund WiFi plugs and Eufy Cameras… all use the same WiFi and all are ONLINE. 
We are not at home to reset router or Therm but all other devices , other than the Nest Thermostat are working. Any suggestions?

1. Are you located in North America or Europe? 
2. What Nest products do you have?
   1. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
   2. What type of Nest Camera do you have?
   3. What type of Nest Protect do you have?
3. How many Nest devices are offline?
4. Has the device ever been connected to their Wi-Fi network before?
5. Does it show offline in the Nest or Google Home app or indicated on the Nest device?
6. Are other non-Nest devices in the home offline?
7. Can the device find or detect other networks?
8. Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network?
9. Is the Wi-Fi router or access point within a reasonable range (1 to 15 meters) of between three to fifty feet from the Nest devices?

Also, to troubleshoot this offline issue, you need to be in front of your thermostat so we can perform the steps clearly.
