Hi @Cksmith312,

Thank you for posting in the community. I’m sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat data has been a day behind since the recent time change. I understand how difficult it is to have inaccurate energy history logs. I appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot this already by reinstalling the app and restarting your network. I'm happy to assist.

To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? The following article might be helpful: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
  • Where are you currently located?
  • Are you using the Nest app, the Google Home app, or both to view your history?
  • If you check the history directly on the Nest Thermostat's physical display, does it show the correct data for yesterday, or is it also missing there?

I'll be waiting for your reply.

Best regards,

Derick.

Help please!  Nothing is working!

The data is only missing on my phone app.

I have a 3rd generation NEST thermostat.  I live in southern Indiana (central time).  NEST app.  The date is correct on my physical thermostat and shows 2 hours of heat for the 13th.  My app shows data for the 12th only.  Today  is the 14th.

This happened a few years ago on my app,  too.  Please advise.

I have the same issue. My nest energy history is showing two days behind. Not yesterdays as is usually the case. This happened during daylights savings time last week and it still hasnt been resolved. I remember Nest resolved it a couple of years ago on their end during daylights savings time with the same issue. Please resolve on the backend so I can see yesterdays energy usage. Thanks

Hi folks,

Thank you for posting in the community. I’m sorry for the delayed response and the syncing issues in the Nest app. I understand that this is an error caused by the recent Daylight Saving Time change, and our team is currently working on a fix. As soon as we have a solution, I'll let you know. I appreciate your patience while we get your energy history back up to date.

Please don't hesitate to keep posting if you have any other questions.

Best regards,

Derick.
