Hi Dulgarianhouse,
Yikes! Let me take a look at this for you. A few questions:
- Are you located in North America or Europe?
- What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
- When did this first occur?
- If the thermostat was recently installed, what is the make and model of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment?
- Are the power breakers on, and do you receive power to your home?
- Is the thermostat's display seated properly?
- Are all the wires of your thermostat seated firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)?
- Did you use a micro-USB cable to charge the thermostat display? Was it working on your other device?
- Did you also try to use another micro-USB cable to charge the thermostat display?
- Did you plug the thermostat into a working power outlet?
- For how long did you charge the the thermostat display?
I'll look forward to your response.
Best,
Zoe
