Need help, only blowing hot air

Only blows hot air when it's on a/c. I have doubled checked that all wires in the Nest are secured. Here is a picture of the old t-stat wiring and how the Nest is wired.

Hello Jay78,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

I see that you installed your Nest Thermostat appropriately based on your old thermostat's wiring. But it appears to be a configuration issue you're experiencing. To be sure, could you please gather your HVAC system's make and model? Also, if possible, could you share a picture of its control board showing how the wires are being installed?

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,
Mark

Hi there,

Chiming in — I just want to check if you managed to see the response above. Please share with us the needed information, as it will help us to move forward.

I appreciate your help, Mark.

Best,

Jenelyn

Thanks Mark! I was able to resolve the issue by moving the white wire to the o/b slot and putting my heat pump on O.
