Need help wiring Nest Gen 3 Learning Thermostat

I followed all the instructions on every youtube video, however I have a wire I do not how to account for.

Let me ask you first about your HVAC system. Do you know if you have a heat pump, or is it a conventional system? 

This is important, as there is a slight variation depending on your system.
