New phone can't connect to camera

You should be able to access either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app on a new phone by logging in with the same account credentials you were using on your old phone.

This is a community forum, where other customers try to offer suggestions to an issue. Without some specifics about what's happening in your case (like what you mean by "can't log in to nest camera"), that's hard to do.

Hi folks

 

@Larrynix, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. You don't need to connect your new phone with your Nest Camera, as it is already linked to it. All you have to do is to sign in your same email address to either Nest app or Google Home app and you'll be able to control it again. Try entering your other email addresses in case the one you're trying to sign in is not the right one.
