Help! We have had our nest for years. Was working fine till about 2 hours ago when I noticed it was not kicking on and was giving an error message about date and time. I went to update to the current correct info and as I went through settings saw low battery and no internet? I found a charger that fit however it doesn't seem to be doing the job. Tried a few others.... I see a green blinking light at top but when it turns on while plugged in and I move to battery section in settings it doesn't show any type of prompt like it is charging. I would think their would be an icon. Help!

Thanks for reaching out and for being one step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you.
The green blinking light is your indicator that your Nest Thermostat is charging. I suggest to leave it connected to the charger for one hour.
Also, you can monitor the battery level by going to "Settings" then "Technical Info" and "Power". 3.7 V is the minimum, and 3.9 is the maximum.
