I have had my thermostat 2 months and have nothing but issues with it. Should have looked at reviews about it first before allowing my HVAC tech put it in. It had the wi-fi fail that others have had and we went through the entire list of suggested fixes. Nothing worked. Called Customer Service, and I use that term lightly, because they are awful. They sent a replacement, only after me having to secure the replacement with a credit card. I anticipate a fight to have it removed from my card. Thank goodness for Discover, they are normally pretty good handling disputes. First night with my "replacement/refurbished thermostat we woke at 2am to our house temp at 56 degrees. Not worth the bother and calling customer support is a very painful experience, my last call to them you could hear lots of laughter in the background and the agent pretending he couldn't hear me and calling me by all kinds of names.......except my real name.
