Nest 3rd gen heat setting blows cold air

Installed 3rd gen Nest and when the heat is selected it will only blow cold air. I put told one back and it works fine. Please help. Thank you

Can you post a picture of the terminal block on the control board in the furnace/air handler?

Hi Jammer50,

 

Thanks for the follow up information. Could you please provide the model number of your old thermostat? It will help us to check the compatibility of your old thermostat to the Nest Learning Thermostat.
