Hi, I have a problem with my heat link which has been working reliably until last week. There is 240 volt supply, with no lights on, tried the 30 second button press, tried turning the power off for 10 minutes to see if that helped but nothing has worked, I think this needs replacing, please can you let me know what I need to do to get a replacement,

1. How long has the thermostat been installed for?
2. Was it installed by a Nest Pro or a heating/electrical engineer?
3. Did you notice any particular message on the thermostat display?
4. Were there any power cuts in the area recently?
5. Has any work been done on the heating or electric system at the location recently?
