- Where did you install your thermostat?
- Do you have other active Nest thermostats?
- When did the issue start?
- How big is the difference between the readout of the Nest thermostat and your thermometer or other thermostats?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
- What is the brand/model of the HVAC/heat pump?
- Is the problem continuous or under specific circumstances?
- Were there any recent changes to the HVAC system?
- Was there any recent power outage or power issue?
Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
