Nest 4th generation

Im totally  disappointed  with  the 4th generation thermostat,  from  the app  interface  , to the inaccurate house temperature . I had the nest 3rd generation and had no  problems (app or equipment)  I just  installed  the 4th generation  yesterday,  I dislike  the app  interface  and the thermostat  is inaccurate, it's running  for hrs to reach  temps . It about 3 degrees off .im going  back  to the  3rd generation

  • Where did you install your thermostat? (e.g., in a specific room, on a wall or stand)
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, would you mind listing them?
  • What is the brand and model of your HVAC/heat pump?
  • Is the problem continuous or does it happen under specific circumstances?
  • Have there been any recent changes to your HVAC system?
  • Have there been any recent power outages or power issues?
