Nest 70 not following commands, can't pair with my phone, unit blowing just fresh air

My thermostat screen shows only  two screens, and I can't make stop, I can't connect to my phone Home App. I tried unplugged with no aaa batteries, plug in again, etc. The unit blows just cold air, I guess just circulating fresh air in my house. I checked the wiring and can't be fixed.

What kind of system do you have gas heat or a heat pump?
