Nest App Equipment Wrong

I had my Nest thermostat installed yesterday and it's saving me a fortune (had no thermostat installed at all).

It was easy enough to set up and it's set up for Gas, Combi-boiler, radiators which is the system I have in the house.

The nest app however says that the equipment is unknown and forced air.

Is there a way to get the equipment to match the thermostat settings?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. If you are needing to change the configuration of your device in the app, you can do so by following these steps.

1. On the home screen, select your thermostat.
2. Tap Settings .
