Nest Gen 4 - Foresight weather won't display

When foresight is selected as the display, my recently installed Nest Gen 4 Google Nest thermostat will not show the weather. I've checked my location. I've rebooted multiple times. I've unsuccessfully chatted with support which included allowing them to watch the thermostat while I worked on it. I left with instructions to do a factory reset which I did. FAIL. I went through the initial setup again yesterday but today I still see - - ° (dash dash degrees) as well as a cloud icon with a line through it. If you understand the problem and know a solution, I'd appreciate your thoughts. I can control it from my phone (iOS) so I think that rules out a WiFi issue. Thank you.

it appears that although you have Wi-Fi access the nest thermostat generator. 4 is not reaching the weather server. This could be a problem at the server in and not necessarily a problem with the thermostat itself.

Thank you for your input, AC Cooling Wizard. Maybe I'm wrong but I would think that if the problem is at the server, many people would have the same problem and looking for help. Also, the two techs I spoke with the other night might have known about a server problem. I'm still hoping for a solution. Thanks again.

May be of note, I see Outdoor Feels Like temp, but none of the other outdoor measurements.
