I have two Nest Gen 3 thermostats, both stopped showing usage data 3 days ago on my app and in the web browser. I know the unit is running and has run in the last 3 days it has been 90 degrees outside and we are comfortable inside so the data is incorrect. I checked my address per another post and I validated my google account access as well per another post in this forum. Neither of those seemed to apply to my situation and did not resolve my issue.
