I am looking for the email Home report that was sent monthly. For some reason I did not get them for the past 2 months. Chat has been not the best.

Can you double that your Nest Home Report option is still enabled in the Nest App? You can access it in the settings, notifications.

I have experienced in the past (very infrequently) sporadic delays in the Nest Home report delivery which self fixed. A community specialist might be able to look into this specific case further.

Hello, I chatted with someone at Google who had me download my takeout information. There was a lot of data there but not specifically the amount of hours the nest was on. I did end up receiving October 2021s report on the 27th. I am hoping that September was a fluke.
