Nest Installation Support

Wow…. I used the recommended installation support partner and all I got was a sales pitch. The only way their partner would assist with an installation was if I signed up for ADT security. What a bunch of crap. In fact the sales representative suggested that I remove all my existing NEST camera’s and only rely on ADT. Google, you need to find a different installation partner as your brand and reputation is being ruined…. So sad.

Which "Installation Partner" did you use?

It appears that Google has changed its default partner from OnTrack to SafeStreets, which is the largest and oldest ADT provider. That's why they are trying to get you to dump the Nest products.

Google cutting out all of the independent Nest Pros is an issue I have had with Google for a long time.

Your best bet is to look for a local Nest Pro to do the install.
