Nest Learning Thermostat 4th Gen (No Power E448)

Hello, 

I recently bought the Nest Learning Thermostat 4th Gen to replace my Honeywell thermostat. 
I did the wiring as the application recommended but I keep getting no power notification even though If I put the wiring back into the Honeywell thermostat it works rights away. 
Not sure whats the issue here. 
Honeywell has (R,RC jumper, Y, G (C not wired in - works on batteries)) 
Nest asked to connect ( Rc, Y, G, C)
Still not working, Please help.
I do have Pictures & Screenshots if needed.

Thank you for posting about your new Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) on this forum. I understand it's not receiving power, unlike your previous thermostat. I'm here to help you troubleshoot this situation. 

Regarding this error code (E448), I would appreciate your assistance in answering the following questions:

  • Could you attach pictures of the current wiring configuration on the Nest device and the previous thermostat?
  • Where did you acquire this device?
  • When you attempted to power on the thermostat, did you observe an LED light illuminating?
  • What type of HVAC system do you have?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
