My old Honeywell thermostat uses 4 wires - green, yellow, white and red. Green was connected to G, Yellow to Y, white to W (labeled O/B on the opposite side) and red to RC. The RC is linked to R slot with a jump wire.
When I connected my new Nest Learning Thermostat, I put Yellow wire in Y1, Green wire in G, White wire in OB, and red wire to Rc. It didn't work.
I tried putting the white wire in W1. Nothing!
What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?

Hi Zhanna9,
Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats, and I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Learning Thermostat is not working after you installed it. Are you located in North America or Europe? Is there any message or code that appears on the thermostat after you install it? And does the thermostat turn on after you install it? If so, gather the power readings of your thermostat's Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN under Settings > Technical Info > Power.
I'll look forward to your response.
Best,
Zoe
