Nest Learning Thermostat only turns on heat in the afternoon

Nest will not turn on the heat in the morning, between 7a-12:30p. I'll turn the thermostat up to 80degrees, and it will be orange, but furnace will not click or turn on, and no air will come out of the vents. 

It will work in the afternoon. I'll turn the thermostat up to 80 and it comes on within 5 minutes, stays on and behaves normally. 

Tried a complete factory reset, and removed/re-added the thermostat in my phone.  Deleted all schedules. Turned off Auto-Schedule. Turned off Eco temperatures. Turned off Safety temperatures. Turned off Home/Away Assist. Same issue still persists. 

Home came with Nest, and using the Nest to control the AC worked fine this past summer.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. To confirm, in what country are you located? Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? Checking your thermostat's Energy History will tell you what your thermostat is doing previously.
