Nest Learning Thermostat

I'm so frustrated. I have been having the same issue for months with my nest. I'm almost wondering if it's being hacked by PG&E to charge me more.  It likes to turn at weird heating sometimes cooling temperatures... consistently at 8pm every night. I turned it off, but it still did it. I even factory reset, disabled home/away, disabled auto scheduling etc. Still does the same thing every day at same time at 8pm. Smh... at this point considering getting rid of it, but it cost me over $200 so I want to try it one last time to see if you have any ideas. Please help !!

I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat is still changing its temperature every night unexpectedly. I'm sure that is frustrating, but I wanted to see how I could help.

Do you have a Google Home app? If so, please check the Routines feature and look for any thermostat actions that may trigger activating your system at a specific time. Remove or clear your thermostat and restart it once the changes have been made.
