Nest Learning thermost

I could use some help please, i have a nest Learning thermostat, but since i installed the system, the heat pump  or (the outside fan) hasn't been working, i try turning it on manually on the home app but still dont turn on.

Post a picture of the original thermostat wiring and one of how you wired the Nest.

The wiring that you did will work.

I would make two small changes, move the W1 wire to W2/AUX, and move the Rh wire to Rc.
