I had my Nest Learning Thermostat installed yesterday and they did not leave the box for instructions. My screen is stuck on the Nest Pro Id screen. What is my id and or how do I get off this screen

Only a Nest Pro installer will have a Nest Pro ID. It's not something consumers have.
Who installed your thermostat?

qb_ww, just like what was mentioned above, only Nest Pro technicians have Nest Pro IDs. Have you tried reaching out to the one who set up yours? As a workaround, you could also try manually restarting your thermostat then going through the setup process again. However when you're at the Equipment portion, select Homeowner instead of Nest Pro.
