I have a 2 storey home. The nest thermostat is on the main floor. We have a temperature pod on the upper floor (bedrooms). There's a few degree temperature difference between the floors (dampers from furnace make the main floor warmer than upper floor), and we sometimes go to bed at 8:30. This brings about a software constraint. Nest only lets it go to the temperatur pod between 9pm and 7am. It would be great if that had more flexibility with time.
Also, if that can't be done, it would help if at 8:55 I could change the temperature to a comfortable nighttime temperature (just before it switches to upstairs). The Nest software only lets timing programs on the 15 min.
This is just a comment/question asking if Nest would consider some software improvements.
