Nest Themostate AC wont turn off

AC won't turn off.  Google home app is showing off but still running & cannot turn off by the thermostats itself.  Help!

If you're still experiencing this issue, you could remove the thermostat from the base and check if your AC is still running. It is recommended to check it by your local HVAC technician to further isolate the issue from the HVAC.
