Nest Thermostat Continually Goes Offline

Really disappointed with my nest thermostat. Have spend 100s buying it and having it installed, for it to continually go offline on the app. It only comes online when the thermostat itself is 'woken' by touching it.

It does same via browser, and have even bought a new router and tried hotspots and ISPs to rule out any issues.

Have spent hours on the phone to Google Nest only to go through all the trouble shooting steps; their conclusion is I need to buy a new Nest unit... which is not really acceptable.

Think i will take my custom elsewhere

Deat Melba, i am in no way assured or happy. Faulty product that you refuse to support is simply unacceptable. I have spent a fortune on your terrible product, and a fortune replacing everything else because your advisors insisted it must be that....

Im not the only customer with this issue.

Sorry but Nest and Google are truly attrocious. You have really lost my loyalty and custom. I will buy Hive instead now and hope others reading this do the same, as im certainly not spending 100s on another nest setup that will likely go faulty too!!!!

Looks like these issues are affecting modt of your client base... how Nest and Google are getting away with this is beyond me. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
