Nest Thermostat E

hello, we’re trying to install Nest Thermostat E but when we plug it in it is not lighting up. Can anyone help please?

Did you take pics of the wires before and after?

Post them so we can see what you did.

Also try charging it with a phone charger for a few hours there is a USB plug on the back.

I have the same problem, I did charge it using the cable provided still no lights

When it was charging did it have blinking red then green led at the top or totally blank on the screen?
