Nest Thermostat Gen 4 Compatability

I have a Goodman Model DSXC180481AB a/c unit.  I bought a Nest Gen 4 thermostat.  The compatibility checker implied that the thermostat would work with my system.  Because I didn't feel comfortable installing it myself, I asked my HVAC system maintenance company to do the installation.  The tech tried for 3 hours, but was not able to get the Nest to work.  He told me to ask Google to tell me which of thier Nest products were compatible with my system.  Can anyone tell me that?

From what I read in the installation manual, it appears to be compatible.

Can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here?
