Hi
My thermostat went offline unexpectedly around 8 hours ago, currently I am getting a green flashing light with a home icon in the centre of display. I have reset a few times, on each occasion the device tells me time and date are incorrect and I can not connect to WiFi (nest.com/w5) error. When searching for WiFi the thermostat can not find any routers and after 10/15 mins goes back to the green light/home icon status as referenced above.
N.B. not having WiFi issues on any other device.
If anyone has any suggestions this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
