My Nest thermostat (3rd Gen) no longer will connect network and goes into an infinite "searching for available networks" cycle. It is approximately <1 year old, worked very well with great connectivity, but now cannot connect to network. I've tried resetting the network, resetting the device, app-related updates, etc. --- Basically any and all of the potential fixes I've been able to find on the forum, but with no success.
I'm still able to use it manually and it is still capable of controlling my heating system; however, I can't check it or manage it remotely (which is very important to me when it is -10 degrees outside).
I've confirmed my network works, have placed an access point within 4 feet of the device with no obstructions, my other nest devices are connected and working properly, etc.
What can I do to get a replacement?
