Hello — I’ve just moved into a home with two Nest thermostats. One, set up like a dream and is working fine. The second connects to the internet fine, but can’t complete set-up because it repeatedly gives the error “Your thermostat couldn’t be added to your account. Check the app for more info.”
The app simply tells us that it must be cordless phone interference — we haven’t had one of those since 2003. We’ve deleted and tried to re-add more than 5 times. We moved the EEROS from it (but that’s also not an issue with the working, connected other Nest). This is painful, especially since it’s winter. We can’t even seem to manually override any settings, so we’re adjusting the temp down here every two hours or so. Our baby girl isn’t able to sleep in her room. What on earth should we try??

same issue except I have installed both NEST Thermostats since I have lived in the house.
