Nest Thermostat - hot water pump

Noticed a month or so back that the hot water pump is running at random times. I removed all the heating schedule to eliminate that. Hot water is today set to come on at 06:30 and stop at 08:00. At 11:00 I can hear the boiler running. I have tested from live to terminals 5 and 6 and both are live therefore I believe this is the nest calling for heat?

Hi @Robbiedobbie, thanks for reaching out. I understand that you removed the heating schedule so that the hot water would no longer start at random times. Have you also checked the Auto-Schedule setting? If it is on, the thermostat could have learned from the previous schedule and applied that even without a schedule. You can check that into Settings -> Nest Sense -> Auto-Schedule and disable it if it is on.
