Nest Thermostat - how to get the free power connector

I am trying to set up a Google Nest thermostat. During setup, the Google Home app said:

"You need a free Nest Power Connector
Because your home has an uncommon wiring setup, a Nest Power Connector or C wire is needed to deliver stable power to your thermostat."   I follower the link to get a free power connector but it brought me to a page that wanted to charge me  $25 dollars.  How or where can I contact Google to get this Power Connector.

To get the discount applied, you will need to open the link that you see in the Nest App and add the Nest Power Connector to the cart. Once you proceed to the checkout, you will see the discount reflected.
