Nest Thermostat integration with ADT Control

ADT and Google have a new partnership which includes control of the Nest Thermostat. Looking online, users are having issues connecting their thermostat to the new ADT Control portal. It looks like it worked on the ADT Pulse legacy portal, but is no longer working with the new system. This is being sold as a compatible service, but the API seems to be pointing during registration on the new system back to the old API for the pulse application. New users do not have credentials and access to this system. I confirmed this through traffic logs and on the legacy pulse portal as my account email has been disabled from numerous failed login attempts. Has anyone else seen this issue or know of any solution. Been getting the run around from ADT and Google support seems to not have a solution either.

Sorry for the delay and for the runaround. I'm afraid that since the concern is on the ADT Control Portal that we here at Google/Nest does not have access to, the best team who would work on it should be ADT themselves. 

Please try reaching out to them once more for better assistance.
