Replaced my dead old nest thermostat with a new Nest thermostat version 4 with temperature sensor. Wired and programmed new thermostat. It works great with the google home app. The add on temperature sensor refuses to connect to the app. Made sure new thermostat software updated, restarted network, checked battery in sensor, was good. Restarted thermostat. Tried to pair on another device. Get, unable to add accessory pairing failed.
