Nest Thermostat to Tekmar 371 controller

Has anyone come up with a way to connect a Nest Thermostat to a Tekmar 371 controller? The Tekmar is a 10k Ohm thermistor thermostat at 77F.

And could you send us a wiring photo of your current thermostat so I can take a closer look? Also, you may use our Compatibility Checker to determine if a Nest Thermostat is compatible with your heating and cooling system.
