Furnace shutting off before it reaches set temperature. Furnace heats the house, but occassionally shuts off before set temperature. I notice this morning that no heat was coming from the vents when the house was set at 65 but it was reading 62. It came back eventually and heat come on as it should until set temperature. This is a hit or miss thing for it happens randomly. I've also received emails from my nest thermostat about the furnace temporarily shutting off etc..
Could this be something to do with nest renew and the clean energy settings. I subscribed for the free version thinking it would save me money on energy? I also use propane not electricity to heat my home. The new furnace and thermostat were just installed 2 months ago.

Which Nest thermostat do you have?
How is the base wired?

I'm not sure if it's still happening, for I got tired if babysitting the thermostat. Kinda fed up with this and about to buy a different brand. I look at the history and still notice it states my thermostat running at peak times, so I'd assume it is still operating incorrectly. I believe the thermostat is not working correctly!!!
I wish yall could verify that I'm not longer enrolled in anything about peak hours, rewards, or renew. I just want a normal thermostat that works and is not so complicated!!! It's been atleast a month and I've had no progress in this case?
If you think you have something that can correct the issue then I'll try it, but if not then don't waste our time and I'll buy something different, or yall can send me something new that works!!!
