I have had the Nest thermostat for awhile now and just about every night it will shut off and the temperature in my apartment drops! The schedule on it has been cleared the learning option has been turned off and it still keeps happening. I've also gotten reports from it saying there is an issue because it will drop like -5 in a couple hours and it usually happens between 3-4am. Has anyone else had this problem?
