Hi,
My Nest Thermostat 3rd generation is not connecting to the Heatlink. I have tried all possible ways to reconnect, but unsuccessful.
Error message is, nest.com/H71
I pressed the button on Heatlink for more than 20 seconds, etc. I tried new pairing, still nothing. There is no lights on the Heatlink. I took the cover off the Heatlink and the wiring is fine. I brought the Thermostat close to the Heatlink but still won't connect. I googled for support and tried everything but unsuccessful.
Would appreciate suggestions, thanks.

Hi there! I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Could you please answer to the following questions:
1.How long has your thermostat been installed for?
2. Have you had any power cuts recently?
3. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
4. How many zones are present in the setup?

No worries! Can you also confirm or try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if all the breaker switches are set to on.
2. Turn the breaker switches off and back to on.
3. Try again to turn on manual mode.

I done that as well, when switched back on, still no lights on the Heatlink.

Hi, Google Support arranged for a new replacement HeatLink. It is now working perfect.

I am also having this exact same problem.
It just started 2 days ago.
I have tried all trouble shooting, and the Heatlink still does not activate.

@Paul_R Google-Nest Support have now arranged for a replacement Heatlink to get installed. Thank You very much for your help in this matter. Very much appreciated.
