My heating will not turn on

Need a little more info. 

What kind of heater do you have? Electric forced air, gas forced air, oil with radiators? Also, if you can tell us the brand / model of your heater, and perhaps a picture, most likely someone on here can help you out.

I’m having the same issue. It’s been working fine and now, it’s cold in the house and way below the setting in the schedule, and it won’t turn on. I manually adjusted It in the app and on the thermostat and it still won’t click on. So looking forward to any help too!  Mine is a gas thermostat.   Or will also take any suggestions for just plain wireless thermostats that don’t determine what your temperature should be.

Do you have Air Conditioning AND a Gas Furnace both, or is it just a gas furnace?

I have both. I have it only set to heat mode though.  It’s been working for weeks with these settings.

Ok.  It was the old reset option. I reset the thermostat and the heat came on!  So hopefully it helped the person who originally had this lost.
